මොරගහහේන ශ්‍රී පූර්වාරාම විහාරස්ථානයේ විහාරාධිපති ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ විසින් අප ලියෝ සමාජයෙන් කරන ලද ඉල්ලීමක් අනුව අප ලියෝ සමාජය මගින් විහාරස්ථානයේ දාගැබ ශුද්ධ පවිත්‍ර කර තීන්ත ආලේප කිරීම පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් මස 7සහ 8 යන දෙදින සිදු කෙරිනි.පළමු දිනයේ පෙ.ව 10.00ට දාගැබ ශුද්ධ පවිත්‍ර කරීම් ආරම්භ කල අතර සවස 2.00ට පමණ ඇද හැලුනු අධික වර්ෂාව නිසා තීන්ත ආලේප කිරීම පසු දිනට කල් දමන ලදි.මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සඳහා විහාරස්ථානයේ දායක සභාවේ සහයෝගයද අප වෙත ලබාදීමට ඔවුන් කටයුතු කලහ. අපගේ ව්‍යාපෘතිය විහාරාධිපති ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේගේ සහ අවට ජනතාවගේ නොමඳ පැසසුමට ලක්වූ එකක් විය.
Beginning of this Leostic year 2010/2011 we could organize many service projects in the moragahahena area. As well as we organized a successful religious, service projects for our temple under the special request of the leader reverent (Loku Hamuduruwo) of our temple, Sri Poorwaramaya.
Out task was the cleaning up & painting “Wehera”. We gladly accepted it. Our Leo advisor, Lion M.Jayantha always gave his fullest support for this valuable project. So he sponsored completely for this project.First of all we fixed a date for this & then informed our Leos about this matter. On that day we went to the temple at 10.00 am .At firstly we met leader reverent (Loku Hamuduruwo). Then we started our project, so firstly we cleaned up the “Wehera”. But unfortunately when we were cleaning the Wehera there was raining. So we postpone the project for the next week. In the next day we painted the “Wehera” completely. Leader reverent (Loku Hamuduruwo) of our temple speacialy appreciated us because of this religious activity.
The people who were in the temple on that time praised our work & blessed us for brighter future.....
They said that was a great work as the younger generation .
